Some very evil trick will have to happen for the house to not go through at this point. I'm not celebrating yet, but I am making plans!

I've been leaning towards red,

I know I should stop looking on Redfin- at least until we close, but it's become such a habit. Look at this adorable listing! I still feel really good about our house, but this one although a (doable) reach out of our price range would have been a great possibility. Plus, it's literally half a block away from a friend of ours. Darn.

A nice warm place to sit

This sauna is posted on craigslist in Indianapolis for $95. Sounds just terrible! Here's more.
